NRR SPANDEX FOR CIRCULARKNITTING
1.Knitting Condition
  1.1 Draft : Below 3.3 required / below 3.0 recommended
  1.2 Yarn Guid : Design all yarn guid position to give minimun resistance to spandex.Constant maintenance is required
  1.3 Kniting Speed : Should avoid the condition that spandex chees jukps on the feeding device.
2.Scouring Agent
    Do not use catonic agent to prevent oxidation.Anionic or amphoteric agent is recommended.
3.Pre-set
    Below 190 C is required we recommend 180 - 185 x 50 - 60 seconds.
4.Bleaching
    Do not use chlorine bleaching agent to prevent yellowing and embrittlement.We recommend Hydrogen peroxide or hydrosuifide.
5.Dyeing
  5.1 Below 100 C x 60 min.is required.We recommend 100 C x 30 min.
  5.2 In case of using with polyester,dyeing temperature and time should be as low as possible.Re-dyeing is prohibitted.
6.caution
    As this instruction is general one,we can not assure all kind of condition by this instruction.Therefore in case of using new type of NRR Spandex ,it is essential to make a preliminary test before main products.
